for the last eight years, husband and wife team Alex Cardoza and Tara Morgan have shifted their focus to a new venture: Susina. This prix-fixe supper club showcases their love for simple, thoughtful food and leisurely meals enjoyed with family and friends.

From house-cured meats and local preserves, to farm fresh produce and housemade pastas, Susina focuses on the finest ingredients prepared with love. Our hearty four-course menu rotates seasonally and highlights Idaho ingredients with a wink to American comfort classics and a nod to European simplicity.
